Discover archery, a discipline combining precision, concentration and self-control. Accessible to all, this activity develops coordination, posture and self-confidence in a friendly, fun atmosphere.

Course of the activity (1h) :

• During this introductory session, you'll learn the essential basics: discovering the equipment, safety rules, body position, holding the bow and shooting techniques.
• You will be supervised by a passionate archer who is vice-champion of France in archery.
