Very interesting, but the environment wasn't great (basement of a building with EU drains from the upper floors).

A very interesting and educational tour of mushroom production. The explanations are adapted to the public's knowledge, and the audience is involved. The practical phase at the end is a lot of fun. Now we just have to wait for the harvest, which we hope will be a good one. Bravo to this fine team of enthusiasts, who take great care to respect the environment and know how to pass on their passion. I recommend them without hesitation.
