Discovering the bike: Understand the different parts of the bike and how they work.
Wheel maintenance and repair: Learn how to disassemble/reassemble a wheel, repair an inner tube and expose a wheel.
Braking and safety: Learn how to adjust and repair brakes, and replace brake pads, brake shoes and discs.
Practical application and personalized advice: Apply the techniques on your own bike and receive tips for future maintenance.
