This half-day kayak trip in Marseille was simply magnificent. The setting is exceptional - between the turquoise waters, secret coves and impressive cliffs, it's a real eye-catcher. We were expecting more beautiful scenery. Instead, I recommend a visit to the calanques. The walk only includes one "creek", and even then it's really just a matter of... What's more, from 4pm onwards, it's out of the sun. So I'd recommend a morning walk. The girl who accompanied us was nice, but not very chatty about the places we passed. We might as well do it ourselves in the end. Sorry, I'm always trying to find positive things, but there weren't any here.
