• Introduction to the history and culture of kimchi, understanding the principles of lactic fermentation.
• Discover the ingredients and prepare the cabbage: salt, rinse and prepare the vegetables.
• Making the fermentation paste, assembling, massaging and jarring.
• Tasting of kimchi to discover its different flavors and textures.

You'll leave with your own jar of fermenting homemade kimchi , and all the keys to adjusting the flavors to your own preferences !
