Linocut workshop in Paris 20th district

Come and discover the art of linocut in a discovery workshop with Caroline. Linocutting is an artistic technique in which a drawing is engraved on a linoleum plate, then inked and printed on paper. The result is images with clean lines and sharp contrasts.

Workshop schedule (2h30) :

• Discover the workshop.
• Choose an image, and prepare it for transfer onto lino. You can bring your own image.
• Learn how to use the gouges used to hollow out the lino and how to ink the plate to print one or more images.
• Leave with your own creation.

This workshop is a fun way to experiment with linocut and printing on different types of paper.
