Course of the activity (1h30) :

• Welcome of participants at the beach at the Spar d'Abbartello traffic circle.
• Briefing on the route and procedure
• Most of the walk is done with water between the navel and the armpits, with no particular balancing challenges, with some rocky passages possible, for those who wish.
• Routes are chosen according to weather, swell and group level, for active relaxation.

This gentle activity is ideal for reconnecting with nature and enjoying the benefits of salt water and fresh air.
