How to Use Your Ticket
- Meet your guide, the Extime Travel ambassador, at the meeting point located at the Arc du Carrousel, across from the Louvre Pyramid. They will be waiting for you on the right side of the arch (with the Louvre Pyramid behind you), 75001 Paris
- Be sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the departure time
- Do not go directly to the Louvre Museum. Your e-ticket will not be accepted there

- This is not a guided tour; a host will take you to the Mona Lisa, and you can then explore the museum on your own.
- Free with ID: EU residents under 26 & non-EU residents under 18, visitors with disabilities + one companion, and French job seekers.
- Due to the size of its collections and its daily schedule, the museum cannot keep all of its galleries open every day.
- You can download a self-guided tour from the Louvre’s website or purchase a multimedia guide (€5 in both cases)
- Please note that items larger than 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not permitted in the museum. Self-service lockers are available free of charge under the Pyramid.
