The person at the reception desk in front of the boat asked us for an extra 20€, supposedly so that we could be placed in front of the window, when I'm sure that the boat will be far from full on a weekday (which was later confirmed!). As we enter the boat, I tell 3 different people that today is my son's 5th birthday. They ask me if I've pre-paid for the birthday bonus, which I didn't know about, so no. I ask them if by any chance they have a small candle or just a little attention. They each replied in turn that they'd have a look. Then, no more news and the classic service.... It's a pity, because the view was nice and so was the trip, but I think the staff don't have good working conditions. In any case, they weren't very attentive...

A very basic meal with a frozen dessert, the quality-price ratio is not up to scratch. On this type of activity, the lack of commentary on the monuments and history of Paris throughout the trip is to be deplored.

Pleasant cruise and varied choice of dishes, but the waiter needed to increase his experience (we forgot our order) and it's a shame we weren't offered a coffee to punctuate the meal.
