If you love Japanese cuisine, this class is for you! Learn how to make delicious maki and California rolls with unique flavors.

The team welcomes you to their studio located in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a fun and friendly learning session.

Course outline (2 hours):

• With the chef’s guidance, you’ll prepare various maki and California roll recipes to take home, using unique ingredients: salmon, cream cheese, fresh herbs, avocado, shrimp, mango… the possibilities are endless!
• You’ll learn to master several culinary techniques, such as how to cut a maki roll cleanly and how to roll a California roll with the nori sheet on the inside…
• At the end of the workshop, you’ll take your maki home to enjoy.

This activity is perfect to enjoy yourself or to give as a gift for a special occasion.
