Rediscover this classic French pastry by learning how to make it entirely at home, from the choux pastry to the cracker, not forgetting a crunchy chocolate insert for even more indulgence. You'll learn all the tips and tricks to make a Paris-Brest that's as beautiful as it is tasty, and easy to reproduce at home.
The team welcomes you to its workshop in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a friendly pastry session.
Course (2h):
- With the chef's advice, you'll make your own Paris-Brest for 4 people: preparing the choux pastry, making the cracker and creating a crunchy chocolate insert.
- At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your creation ready to enjoy.
