The team welcomes you to its workshop in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a friendly pastry session.

Course (2h):

• With the chef's advice, you'll make your own Paris-Brest for 4 people: preparing the choux pastry, making the cracker and creating a crunchy chocolate insert.
• At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your creation ready to enjoy.
