After gradually getting to grips with your paddle near the shore, you'll set off for an island on the lake. The course adapts to the group's rhythm, alternating between relaxation and more dynamic passages. There's plenty of fun to be had: swimming, balance games and jumping off rocks (optional) for those who want to add a touch of excitement to the experience.

How does it work?

Meet up near Lac de Castillon, where you'll be fitted out and given a safety briefing before being introduced to the sport. Once you've got the hang of it, you'll set off on a supervised navigation to an island, where you'll enjoy some fun activities and a swim. Return to the starting point by paddle.
