How does it work?
Duration: 30 mins - From 5 years - Up to 6 people
Board a boat specially designed for parasailing. You'll be placed at the end of the parachute and off you go! You'll take off and gradually climb in altitude until you reach a height of 50 m. After 15 minutes, you'll come back down and land gently on the boat's platform.

Shocking customer service. Messed around with start times 3 times, only to be cancelled at the last minute (due to bad weather, so totally understandable), but no apologies for the inconvenience, instead being treated like idiots by the rude lady at the front desk.

Very good customer service! Excessive price for the duration of the activity, we were more on the boat than anything else! What's more, the ladies at reception were really unpleasant, unwelcoming and bitter - I've never seen anything like it! They don't deserve to have customers! Pay elsewhere, it's better! No sensation in the air, I had more sensation on the boat than in the air. 10€ in Egypt for this activity is much better! Avoid !!!!!

Very dissatisfied! Our departure was cancelled 1 hour beforehand, on the pretext of a boat breakdown (the competitors who picked us up at the last minute explained that they actually had 2 boats, so it was a sham), and we were told that we would be reimbursed within 10 days, but that we shouldn't be in a hurry, it wasn't a priority. Pathetic! We recommend fly66 in Canet, top-notch crew and equipment! Better boat for swell (certainly the real problem), up to 220kg carried, they get you down in the water unlike these, in short, run away, there are much better elsewhere in terms of quality and follow-up!

No professionalism on the part of the people managing both the activities and the reception. The activity was cancelled just 30 minutes before it was due to start, after having been postponed for the first time, and we were informed of this as soon as we arrived on site. And when we said we were unhappy, which is absolutely normal, they wished us all the best of luck in breaking down on the way back from vacation... Well, I hope that many will be dissuaded from going through them, especially as the same activities are offered in Canet! To be avoided !!!

Good for explanations and safety Welcome by the young lady, very good On the other hand, I think the friendliness of the "boss" needs to be reviewed! It should also be explained that you have to pick up the video quickly (payment is in cash), otherwise it's already destroyed after 6 days.
