A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and a passionate pastry chef, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop, creating a 100% homemade praline and two intensely praline recipes!

Workshop schedule (2h30) :

• Briefing on the program for your workshop and the different steps you'll be carrying out
• Creation of 2 recipes:
  • XXL praline cookie
  • A 100% praline tartlet (praline crisp, ganache and ganache montée praliné, praline heart)
• You'll leave with your own creations to enjoy at home.
