Paris Brest workshop offered for my daughter's birthday. She loved the activity, as well as Deborah's dynamic and enriching personality. The premises were well laid out, colorful and pleasant for baking in good conditions. My daughter can't wait to do more workshops at Sucre rousse.

Deborah explained the preparation steps clearly and with a lot of humor. We left with 7 Paris-Brest and were able to offer some to our friends and family :) We even had some leftover choux pastry to put in the freezer :)
