A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and a passionate pastry chef, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop to make babka, a delicious marbled and braided brioche, in her studio in the 17th arrondissement.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Briefing on the program for your workshop and the different steps you'll be taking
• Creation of your own babka: chocolate, praline or cinnamon wrapped in an ultra-moist brioche.
• You leave with your creation to enjoy at home
