A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi with a passion for pastry, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop to create a colorful, fragrant strawberry cake in her studio in the 17th arrondissement.

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

Briefing on the program of your workshop and the different steps you'll be carrying out
Creation of an ultra-soft cookie, an ultra-light vanilla cream and three different strawberry flavors (fresh strawberries, syrup, gel).
Assembling your cake
You leave with your creation to enjoy at home
