A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and passionate about pastry-making, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop, creating a pavlova topped with seasonal fruits in her workshop in the 8th arrondissement.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Briefing on the program for your workshop and the different steps you'll be carrying out
• Making the meringue and baking
• Making the whipped cream
• Assemble your cake with seasonal fruits: apples in autumn or red berries in summer!
• You'll leave with your creation to enjoy at home.
