Discover French pastry recipes right in the heart of Paris, in the lively village of Les Batignolles, next to the market. Noémie welcomes you to her kitchen and invites you to prepare 2 to 3 typical French desserts, depending on the season.

Course of the pastry class (2h30) :

Explanation of the day's recipes, preparation of ingredients and weighing.
Creation of 2 to 3 desserts: Paris Brest, lemon madeleines, chocolate cake, Grand Marnier soufflé...
Tasting over a cup of coffee or tea.
Each participant takes away the recipes to reproduce at home.

This course is reserved for foreign tourists who come to learn the great classics of French pastry-making.
