Marina and her team welcome you to their workshop in Montfort l'Amaury for a chocolate workshop. You'll work with chocolate "Bean to Bar", i.e. from the bean to the bar, and discover all the stages of production.

Workshop schedule :

• Meet at Marina's workshop in Montfort l'Amaury.
• You'll be greeted by the chef, who will be delighted to guide you through the workshop.
• You'll discover the basics of chocolate, in a fun, gourmet workshop. Marina will introduce you to the cocoa fruit: its varieties, history and by-products.
• You'll learn how to select, roast and grind cocoa beans to make chocolate bars. You'll learn to distinguish the steps involved in preparing your chocolate, and all the magical aromas that come out of each stage.
• You'll leave with your creations and a little surprise concocted by Marina.

A perfect workshop for an experience with friends or an EVJF, to learn more about this little bean and delight chocolate lovers.
