Olivier Delorme, wine consultant and founder, invites you to discover the world of wine through introductory courses in oenology, combining education, sharing and the pleasure of the senses, for a better understanding of vineyards, appellations and grape varieties!

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Introduction to wine tasting (approx. 1/2 hour): Study of specific vocabulary to describe visual, olfactory and gustatory analyses.
• Presentation of vineyards or grape varieties (approx. 1/2 hour): A booklet containing a detailed course and one or more maps is given to each participant.
• Analytical and commented tasting of 7 great wines (approx. 2 hrs 00)

A convivial and enriching experience to learn the basics of wine tasting and refine your eye and palate for the long term!
