Professional make-up lessons in Paris 5th arrondissement

This one-hour service turned out to be disappointing for me. In particular, I was expecting personalized advice, especially on the right color tones for my skin tone, which I didn't get. Eyelid and eye make-up seemed very basic, with a result I'd describe as very average. Given the price of 80 euros, I didn't feel I was getting the support or know-how of a professional. On a positive note, I appreciated the fact that I could buy products directly from the institute. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to my expectations.

For a group of 3 girls: the girls would have liked to learn specific make-up techniques, but this was not possible. It was a shame to sell products from the boutique, as the aim was to learn how to apply make-up, not to buy cosmetics.

I didn't learn anything special. I also came for information (product +materials) because with my eyesight I'm finding it increasingly difficult to apply makeup. The course did very little to meet my expectations. The products sold are quite expensive. Otherwise a warm welcome

Very instructive course with a great atmosphere. Thanks to the make-up artists! The results are very pleasing. The products seem to be of high quality, ecological and natural in composition. Despite this, as my sensitive skin is not used to make-up, I developed a fairly serious allergy within 48 hours of the course... This wasn't to be expected, as I didn't know I had any allergies, and as I said before, the products are top quality. Allergy is unfortunately a risk to take when you can't test each product one by one on a very small area beforehand.

The 5 of us came for an EVJF, and overall we were delighted with the service. The team suggested shades suited to our skin tone and explained how to place the brushes, etc. I think there were a few too many of us, however, as we were short of space and equipment. I was also surprised to discover that the salon is actually a boutique selling its own brand of make-up. So it's less a make-up course than an advertisement for their products.

It's a great activity. However, it's a shame that the two make-up sessions announced (day and evening) didn't take place (day make-up only) and that the course only lasted 1 hour 10 minutes instead of the 1 hour 30 minutes announced.
