Welcome to Carole's well-being practice , located 5 minutes from downtown Poitiers, for a reharmonizing Shiatsu session based on the principles of traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. The session begins with a moment of exchange, so that we can best accompany you in your moment of relaxation, respecting your feelings, expectations and needs.

This massage, also known as MinnaSanDoSo, is performed all over the body, with a sequence of pressure, stretching, percussion and sweeping movements. You are dressed and lying on a futon.
