Carole welcomes you to her practice, located 5 minutes from downtown Poitiers, for a self-massage session. For 1 hour, using self-massage and relaxation techniques, you'll bring your body to calm, release tension and fill your mind with serenity.

Possible sessions :

1 Thursday evening per month - Soothing & Serenity: using pressure, stretching, smoothing and other movements, in a seated, standing or lying position, you gently soothe your body.
