Cruise schedule:
- Departures 7 days a week, year-round
- Low season (November through March): One departure every 45 minutes between 10:15 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. One departure every 30 minutes starting at 4:00 p.m., with an additional boat at 10:00 p.m. during school breaks.
- High season (April through October): Monday through Sunday, departures every 30 minutes between 10:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. An additional departure at 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays in October.

Pleasant cruise as indicated in the description. Very easy to find and clear directions. Free parking a big plus in Paris. Too bad we couldn't do the usual tour because of the rise in the Seine, but it was great all the same. In off-peak and winter periods, it's much less crowded.

As indicated, we arrived 20' before the activity. There was a queue of at least 300 meters, we couldn't board at the reserved time nor get our bottle of champagne because the bar service was closed! It was a factory! We were made to move forward and wait, all crowded together! And let's talk about the price! 60 euros for 45' of crossing on a crowded boat, without being able to be side by side with my friend, without hearing the explanations, without really seeing because too many people and people standing! I'm going to complain to get my bottle of champagne included in the ticket price!

Once ready for boarding, I ask for my bottle and am told I have to go back out to get it from the snack bar next door! I'm not even given a glass! And I'm the only couple on the boat to have taken this option: nobody drinks! No tables: lines of plastic seats... No staff on board So I really don't feel like drinking in these conditions (plus I'd have to do it right out of the bottle!). And I leave with my bottle in my bag Unacceptable!

Know before you go
How to use your e-ticket:
- Go to the boarding gate 20 minutes before departure (and 45 minutes for the last departure).
- Go directly to the boarding ramp and have your ticket scanned on your cell phone, or in paper format.
- Pick up your bottle of champagne at the bar located just after the turnstiles, in the boarding waiting area.
Cruise times :
