Whether you're on your own or with the family, this stand-up paddle tour invites you to discover the coast in a different way, in complete safety and in a friendly atmosphere.

Course of the tour (1h30) :

Welcome participants, set up crews and distribute equipment. Presentation of safety instructions before launching.
Short initiation phase (approx. 10 minutes) to learn how to handle the paddle, find your balance and gain confidence.
Departing from Plage de l'Espérance, Plage Nord or Canal de Charas, depending on conditions, this paddle tour takes you along the coast of Fouras, between Grande Plage, Fort Vasou and Baie d'Yves.
A friendly atmosphere and professional supervision ensure a safe outing, adapted to the pace and level of the group.

It's an accessible, fun experience with a change of scenery, and you'll leave with beautiful memories and a new perspective on the Fouras coastline.
