Paddleboarding is a relatively new sport that's very easy to learn and has the advantage of working the whole body. Standing on a board, you use a paddle to progress. You'll be amazed at the distance you can cover quite quickly!

How does it work?
- You'll be given all your equipment before a briefing on dry land.
- You'll then set off for the Côte Bleue marine park! You'll quickly get your bearings and enjoy the paradise-like setting.
The mid-course swim will be enhanced by a Frioul Islands punch served directly to your boards!
