Marie welcomes you to the heart of the Domaine de Fontainebleau, to introduce you to her world: butchery! Join her as she shows you how to make a terrine and artisanal sausages .

Workshop schedule (8:30 a.m.):

Meet at 8:30 a.m. for a good breakfast to get acquainted.
Head to the workshop to learn all about making homemade terrines!
You'll discover which pork cuts are best and how to cut them.
With Marie, you'll make a pork terrine, rillettes, as well as a rabbit or local game terrine, depending on the season. You'll make 3 different terrines in the morning.
A lunch break with home-grown and local products
Back to the workshop to learn all about sausage-making: cutting, trimming, mincing, seasoning and stuffing.
Each participant will leave with 3.5 kg of finished products, i.e. 3 terrines and 2 types of sausage .

At the end of the day, when you return home, you'll be able to give free rein to your creativity and make your own charcuterie just like a chef!
