No problem with tickets, access to the guided tour of the abbey. Cluny is not overly crowded at this time of year, so you can really appreciate its charms.

- Between April 1 and June 30: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. - Between July 1 and August 31: 9:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. - In September: 9:30 a.m.–6 : 00 p.m. - Between October 1 and March 31: 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

- Parking lot located 600 meters from the abbey
- Dogs are not allowed inside the monument
- Large backpacks and suitcases are not permitted
- Free admission for visitors under 18 and for those under 26 (citizens of European Union countries and non-European residents legally residing in France)
- Free admission on the first Sunday of every month, from November through March
- Free for everyone during European Heritage Days, the third weekend in September (September 20 and 21, 2025)
