Hours:
- May 2 through June 30: 10 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m.–6:30 p.m.
- Between July 1 and August 31: 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
- Between September 1 and April 30: 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Closed annually on January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11, and December 25
- Exceptionally closed on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The castle will reopen at 2:00 PM.
- Castelnau-Bretenoux Castle will be closed on an exceptional basis from Tuesday, October 13, through Friday, October 16, 2026, inclusive, with reopening scheduled for Friday, October 16, at 2:00 p.m.
Additional information:
- Free admission for visitors under 18 and for those under 26 (citizens of European Union countries and non-European residents legally residing in France)
- Free admission on the first Sunday of every month, from November through March
- Free for everyone during European Heritage Days, the third weekend of September (September 21 and 22, 2024)
