Come and discover Tufting, a totally exclusive activity in Paris! You'll meet Naïm, who'll share his tips and tricks for creating a super personalized rug!
Tufting is a technique that consists in creating a rug using a wool gun to create your own design! In this workshop, Naim will give you the techniques and tips you need to create a super 100% personalized rug.
Workshop sequence
- First, you'll meet Naïm, who will introduce you to his workshop and his work over a drink.
- Before the workshop: send your design (not too complicated for beginners) to Naïm. He'll prepare the canvas on which you'll be working. He can also suggest a few designs.
- On the day of the workshop: learn how to use the electric gun and produce your design on a mat.
3 types of mat are available
- Small mat 30 cm x 30 cm (2h30)
- Standard rug 80 cm x 80 cm (4h30): create your own rug. Naïm will take care of the finishing touches and send the rug to your home.
- Large rug 1m50 x 1m50 (2 sessions of 4h30): on two separate days. You'll agree on a date for a second session during which you'll learn how to apply the non-slip fabric under the mat. You'll leave with your own carpet.

A fun little creative morning. All the materials are ready, canvas stretched, drawing pre-traced. All that's left to do. We're greeted by a friendly person who explains the principle, lets us try a few things out and we're off.

Incredible experience, I recommend it. Beginner or not you can do it with the help of Naim who explains everything very clearly and with a tone of humor to boot. Doing the workshop with Naim you're going to have a very very good time 😀

Great experience in a relaxed atmosphere with music playing in the background. Naïm is friendly, at ease, educational and organized. He validates the designs in advance. He leaves plenty of time to make the carpets (even if the timing is a bit off). An excellent gift idea for a moment with friends. I recommend =)

Know before you go
- Please send your design to Naïm one week before the workshop so that he can prepare your canvas.
- You will receive the rug directly at your home about a week after the workshop.
- You can choose between an 80x80cm or 150cmx150cm rug.
- Workshops run from 10am to 2pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
- A maximum of 4 people per workshop ensures personalized follow-up.
