• Discovery of the key ingredients of the culinary culture explored and explanation of the day's recipes.
• Guided step-by-step preparation : you make a starter, main course or dessert according to the theme.
• Technical advice and tips from the chef on how to easily reproduce the recipes at home.
• Enjoy a convivial tasting of the dishes you've made, or pack them up to take home.
