Discover the great classics of French pastry-making alongside Barbara, a passionate chef and teacher. In a friendly setting, this workshop will teach you the technical basics while you create an iconic dessert. From the dough to the cream, you’ll discover all the essential techniques for creating desserts at home that are worthy of a tea salon.

Workshop itinerary (3 hours):

Presentation of the recipe of the day (examples: Paris-Brest, Fraisier, lemon meringue pie…) depending on the date you choose.
Preparation of essential doughs: choux pastry, shortcrust, or sweet pastry, depending on the theme.
Preparation of basic creams (pastry cream, mousseline, lemon cream, etc.) with Barbara’s expert guidance.
Learning assembly, piping, and finishing techniques to make your dessert truly stand out.
Personalized advice, pro tips, and adjustments tailored to your skill level.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your own creation and solid skills to continue your sweet adventure at home. A gourmet experience, accessible to all skill levels, in a warm and passionate atmosphere.
