Give your child his very first culinary experience at a workshop specially designed for toddlers and their parents. In a friendly, playful setting, this moment of gourmet awakening encourages the discovery of textures, smells and flavors. It's a delightful moment of sharing, where we cook hand in hand, and each duo leaves with fond memories.

Course of the workshop (1h) :

• Welcome of participants and presentation of the day's recipe, adapted to the abilities of children aged 3 to 5.
• Sensory discovery of ingredients: touch, smell, taste to awaken curiosity and encourage manipulation.
• Step-by-step preparation of a simple, fun and colorful recipe: each parent accompanies their child through the process.
• Tasting on site or to take away, accompanied by a short chat with the other duos.

The workshop is reserved exclusively for parent-child duos, to ensure a calm, reassuring atmosphere conducive to culinary awakening.
