• Welcome in a warm atmosphere, discovery of the day's recipes and seasonal ingredients.
• Preparation of fluffypancakes, perfect for a gentle start to brunch.
• Avocado-salmon toast with fresh, balanced flavors.
• Creation of an English egg muffin, a gourmet brunch surprise.
• Creation of a crunchy seasonal salad to bring freshness and lightness to the plate.
• Assemble a granola bowl with a crunchy homemade granola, prepared on site.
