The rides are completely autonomous. You'll be given a GPS to follow the predefined circuit. Several options are available:

• A l'assaut du fort sans culotte 3h - 29km - easy level: greenway, sandy paths, the Atlantic wall, the greenway at Quiberon, Penthièvre beach, Quiberon isthmus, Penthièvre fort or fort sans culotte.
• Entre Terre et Mer 3h - 29km - medium level: the wonders of Erdeven, countryside, forest and ocean, Kerouriec beach, the sandy greenway along the dunes to the famous Etel bar.
• Discovering Carnac 3h - 31km - medium level: use paths, greenways and cycle tracks to discover Carnac, its many beaches and exceptional megalithic sites.
