Activity description :

Discover bees and the world of beekeeping with beekeeper Laurent. During this visit, suitable for young and old alike, you'll discover the daily life of a happy beekeeper, who'll be delighted to share a few anecdotes about bees with you!

How it works :

• First, you'll meet Laurent, who will welcome you to his educational apiary.
• You'll begin the visit with explanations about the world of beekeeping: what a hive is made of, how and why to save bees, and information about the Asian hornet.
• Then it's time to suit up and head out to meet the bees. You'll visit the educational apiary (weather permitting). You'll discover the different parts that make up a beehive.
• The hive will be open so you can see inside and look for the queen on the frames.
• You'll also have the chance to play some olfactory games!
• The visit ends with a tasting of products from the apiary.
