Located at the crossroads of the Landes, Béarn and Basque regions, the Gave d'Oloron is sure to surprise you with its swift waters and small rapids!
How does it work?
When you arrive at the Sorde-l'Abbaye water sports center, our partner will give you your equipment and brief you on safety instructions. You'll then set off down the river. A bus will take you back to the base.
Whether you're a family, a couple or a group of friends, come and enjoy the beautiful Landes region aboard a canoe or kayak! You'll have the time of your life.

Une expérience de canoë fantastique ! Hier, nous avons fait le parcours de 20 km et nous l'avons adoré. Aline et Arnauld sont très sympathiques et professionnels, ce qui a rendu l'aventure encore plus agréable. Le parcours est un peu sportif, mais la vue en vaut vraiment la peine et c'est une excellente façon de se dépenser ! 🙂 Nous recommandons vivement cette activité à tout le monde. À faire absolument !

Know before you go
- Open from 01/04 to 30/09. You can contact them all year round for your projects.
- Free parking available.
- Prerequisites: be in good health, able to swim more than 20 meters, over 5 years old.
- Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians during the activity.
- Pets must be kept on a leash.
- Included: canoe, paddles, watertight can.
- Please bring: bathing suit and sun cream, water bottle and change of clothes.
