Course of the activity:

• Please arrive at the meeting point communicated by Arnauld 20 minutes before the time of your activity.
• The team on site will take care of you and the administrative formalities: signing the contract and making the equipment available.
• You will then receive a briefing that will be adapted to the level of your group. You'll cover a number of topics, including your position in the canoe, paddling techniques, steering techniques, safety rules and respect for the environment, as well as information on places of interest and disembarkation points.
• You'll take your place in the shuttle bus that will drop you off at the departure point.
• You'll then be ready for a superb 20km descent on the Gave d'Oloron, a ride that will allow you to discover the surrounding countryside!
• You'll then return to the Sorde-l'Abbaye water sports centre.
