Would you like to discover the world of wild plants, their diversity and possible uses? Adeline offers you a fun 2-hour introductory walk in the Bois de Vincennes, where you'll be taken into her plant world to discover these high-potential plants.

Course of the walk (2h):

• You'll start with a life-size game to understand the basic logic of botany.
• Adeline will tell you about wild plants in season, whether edible or medicinal, and teach you how to recognize and use them safely.
• We'll take you to the best foraging areas to fill your baskets.
• Back home, you'll be able to cook with your plants, thanks to the recipes you've come up with on your walk.

The themes covered change with the seasons and the plants encountered, so you can take the walk several times a year to deepen your knowledge, and you'll always be surprised by the diversity!
