Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Introduction to the art of blending and presentation of available grape varieties.
• Individual tasting of grape varieties, followed by blending trials to find your perfect balance.
• Bottling of your creation: corking, labeling and personalization.
• A moment of convivial exchange around the cuvées created, accompanied by gourmet snacks.
