Course of the workshop (2h):

• Presentation of the main characteristics of the South-West vineyards and their identity.
• Discovery of emblematic grape varieties and sometimes little-known terroirs.
• Tasting of 5 carefully selected wines.
• Pair with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, vegetable terrines, vegetables and savory and sweet delicacies.
• Explanations of wine styles, food pairings and the particularities of each cuvée.
• Time for discussion and advice on wine tasting and selection.
