This sensory workshop invites you to discover 5 carefully selected rums to explore the major families of rums, their origins and their aromatic profiles.

Tasting schedule (2h):

• Presentation of the different rum families: rhum agricole, rhum de mélasse, ron, cachaça or rhum vieilli.
• Discover the terroirs, production methods and specificities of the major producing countries.
• Guided tasting of 5 spirits selected according to current discoveries: cachaça from Brazil, clairin from Haiti, ron from Guatemala, Jamaican rum or other references from the world of rum.
• Exploration of aromatic profiles: woody, spicy, gourmet, fruity, vegetal or intense.
• Gourmet pairings with cheeses, charcuterie, vegetable terrines, pâtés, vegetables and sweet and savory sweets.
• Discussions and advice to help you better understand your tastes and learn how to choose a rum.
• And if you fall in love, you can take home a bottle or put together a gourmet gift box!
