Course of the workshop (2h) :

Introduction to Burgundy, its terroirs, climats and major appellations
Discovery of emblematic grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Tasting of 5 carefully selected wines from Chablis to Mâcon.
Pair with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, vegetable terrines, vegetables and sweet and savoury delicacies.
Explanations of the differences between sub-regions, soils, exposures and wine styles.
