This gourmet, educational workshop invites you to explore the richness of gin through 5 carefully selected tastings. From juniper and citrus to spices, flowers and herbs, discover the many facets of this surprisingly aromatic spirit.
Tasting schedule (2h) :
- Presentation of the history of gin, its main families and the different methods of production.
- Discover the role of botanicals: juniper, citrus, spices, flowers and aromatic plants.
- Guided tasting of 5 gins with different profiles: Dutch Genever, London Dry, French gin and other discoveries depending on the selection of the moment.
- Exploration of aromatic profiles: fresh, floral, spicy, herbaceous, fruity or intense.
- Gourmet pairings with cheeses, charcuterie, vegetable terrines, pâtés, vegetables and sweet and savoury treats.
- Tips and discussions to help you learn to taste gin better and understand your preferences.
