Would you like to discover or deepen your knowledge of wines from southwest France?

This workshop will give you a better understanding of the richness of this wine-growing region through a geographical and historical presentation, and the tasting of 4 wines paired with dishes, seasonal vegetables, cheeses, charcuterie, gourmet vegetable spreads, savoury and sweet cookies.

Tasting schedule (2h):

2h of animation during which our specialist will explain and share anecdotes

• 1 Côtes de Gascogne, Domaine Laguille: 100% Gros Manseng, white, light, lively and fruity, to start the festivities.
• 1 Fronton, Domaine La Colombière, organic and biodynamic: 100% Bouysselet, an autochthonous grape variety that is unique to this appellation. A very fine gastronomic white
• 1 Cahors, Château Famaey: 100% Malbec, the name of the cuvée L'incontournable lives up to its name, a concentrated wine with tannins softened by light barrel ageing.
• 1 Ariège, Nez Creux, Dominik Benz, bio: So little known and yet such a magnificent terroir, we offer you this supple blend of Merlot and Tannat.
