In a friendly setting, you'll discover not only the secrets of wine tasting, but also Bordeaux's star dessert: canelé. Tasting schedule (1h15) :

• Welcome in a friendly atmosphere.
• Learn about the nose and olfactory memory.
• Discover the main families of aromas found in wine.
• Learn the basics of wine tasting: visual, olfactory and gustatory analysis.
• Immerse yourself in the history of the canelé, a small caramelized cake with a soft center.
• Finish with a canelé & wine pairing, for a complete sensory experience.
• At the end of the activity, you'll receive a 30% discount on the purchase of canelés.

Tasting includes:

• Tasting of 1 white wine, 1 red wine and 1 sweet wine.
