Emmanuel, a passionate pastry chef, offers torun a one-hour workshopat your home, during which you'll make delicious madeleines! You'll make this traditional French cake in a friendly atmosphere!

Course of the workshop (1h) :

Short history of the madeleine and anecdote about Proust's madeleine.
Presentation of all the ingredients needed for the recipe (butter, eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, baking powder, milk).
Emmanuel will give you tips on how to make your own madeleines.
Each participant will leave with a small box of madeleines and the printed recipe.
