I didn't take the cruise because it was cancelled by Burdigala Cruises, which I can understand. However, now it's a real game of ping pong between funbooker and Burdigala cruises and I can't get a refund for a service I couldn't do even though I'm not responsible for it. I'll put the same type of comment on the page of the service provider in question. I gave you time to come to an agreement and compensate me, but nothing has been done!

Very nice experience, the boat tour was relaxing and interesting. We were lucky as it was a sunny day and enjoyed the city view from the top deck first, then went to the interior and continued the journey watching the landscape from the large rear windows while sipping wine (not included in our ticket). The guide is proficient in three languages and will tell you everything about the buildings and history of the city including some funny anecdotes. The only suggestion for the organization is to balance the commented tour with some more quiet time for visitors. Thank you!

Nice service, one minor problem with the heating on the boat. The crew was a little cold. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We had a great time on the boat (the guide is to be congratulated for his clear comments and his contact with people whatever their language). However, we regret having followed the cruise organizers' recommendation to come half an hour before departure. We spent this half hour waiting in the rain before being able to board.

A rewarding cruise to discover, or rediscover from the river, the banks of the Garonne from Pont de Pierre to the port of Bassens. The commentary, enriched with historical and architectural references, invites visitors to discover the emblematic sites of Bordeaux; thanks to the guide. A touristic and cultural experience to be enjoyed, and enjoyed again on a fine-weather day!

Pleasant time on a boat that's perhaps too small (given the limited space available), good length of visit, and interesting information passed on by the multi-functional man.
