Hone your brewing skills, discover your preferences and explain them, and become a real pro at it. You can also practice theart of tasting by recognizing the aromas and flavors of the beers you taste.
Course of the tasting (2h) :
- Nicolas will tell you about thehistory of beer, the techniques used to make it and the different styles that exist.
- Tasting of 4 beers in 15-cl bottles.
- This great activity will allow you torefine your knowledge, discover your preferences and practice the art of tasting by recognizing the aromas and flavors of the beers you taste.
- You'll also be able to share some delicious aperitif platters!
Don't hesitate to come and refine or acquire your knowledge of beerology in a warm Northern atmosphere!

We thought we'd go to a brasserie to see the vats...and not end up in a pub in the center of Strasbourg. It lasted barely 1h30 instead of 2h. Very little explanation. We could have drunk 4 beers on our own...no added value. Very few dates offered. Friendly host.

A very enjoyable and informative workshop. Pleasant, because we shared the workshop with other people we didn't know, giving us the opportunity to compare our impressions of the beers on offer. Instructive, because Olivier was very nice and clear in his explanations. So we learned a lot. The only downside was that the beers were served in 25cl glasses, i.e. 1l in 2 hours, which for me would have been too much if I'd drunk it all!

Workshop held at a beer temple in Strasbourg. The workshop leader captivated us with his knowledge of brewing and succeeded in transmitting his passion for beer and its conception. Many thanks for the warm welcome and to the Taal brewery, which we'll be sure to visit again. We had a great time.
