• Learning how to shape bread using bakers' gestures and techniques
• Baking in a traditional oven to obtain a golden-crisp loaf.
• Explain the secrets of kneading for perfect texture and leavening
• Knead a dough to take home and bake later
• A convivial tasting session: warm bread accompanied by a platter of artisanal charcuterie.
